How the Project Was Developed
Market Research
We conducted a comprehensive analysis of the Egyptian healthcare market to understand patients’ and doctors’ needs and identify existing gaps.
Strategic Location Selection
New Cairo – Mirage City was chosen for its prime accessibility from all over Greater Cairo and the New Capital.
Modern Architectural Design
We developed a contemporary architectural concept that combines modern aesthetics with German quality standards.
Smart Systems
The project integrates electronic booking, digital medical records, smart facility maintenance, and telemedicine solutions to maximize efficiency.
Supervision & Execution
The project was supervised by a team of real estate developers and Egyptian-German doctors to ensure the highest quality standards.
